Ingredients: Cardamon, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Cloves, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Tasmanian Bush Pepper, Nutmeg, Organic Rose Petal and Cumin
Preparation :
Traditional Method for 1 cup (350 ml):
Place 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) of the mix in a pot and add 150 ml water. Bring it to a boil, then add the remaining 200 ml of milk of your choice. Simmer, strain, and enjoy! (Adding fresh ginger provides extra goodness.)
Tea Pot Method for 1 cup (350 ml):
Place 1/2 teaspoon (4 g) in a strainer and steep in hot water or hot milk for 7–10 minutes. Strain and serve.

Directions:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of powdered to approximately 180 ml of water or milk at a temperature of 90-96°C. Mix well for a couple minutes and then enjoy!
